NotebookLM Source Import Troubleshooting | Mervadon
Resolve common Mervadon capture, permission, authentication, source import, and artifact issues with a recoverable troubleshooting path.
Start with the active page
Confirm that the page you intend to capture is the active, fully loaded tab. Trigger Mervadon from that tab and approve page access only for the action you intend to perform.
NotebookLM actions are unavailable
Open NotebookLM in a normal browser tab, sign in there, and refresh the page. Mervadon does not bypass authentication or operate on a page that is not ready.
A capture is incomplete
Reload the source page and retry once. For a focused source, select a smaller passage. If page access remains unavailable, use the manual fallback and record the source URL rather than treating an incomplete capture as ready.
A source import is pending
Keep the NotebookLM tab open and allow the operation to reach a visible state. Do not repeat an action just because the page is slow; a remote action may already have been submitted.
An artifact cannot be downloaded
Refresh NotebookLM, review the artifact state, and download only after Mervadon verifies that the result is ready. If the state remains uncertain, preserve the failure details and use the manual recovery path.
Privacy note
When reporting an issue, include the action, page type, and visible error message. Do not include cookies, tokens, passwords, private research content, or authentication files.
Keep the next useful source.
Capture and organize the research that should stay connected to the final NotebookLM artifact.
